Yoga session from October 1 in Dalhousie

The Antarnirman complex at Banikhet near Dalhousie will start its functioning by holding a four-day yoga session from October 1.

Yog Manav Vikas Trust chairperson Kiran Dodeja in a media statement said today that vocational, spiritual and other training programmes got impacted due to the lockdown. The trust determined to follow SOPs issued by the Union Ministry of AYUSH.

Since April, about 15 webinars of 4-days each on different yoga techniques were held which were attended by over 500 executives, non-executives, even their relatives. — OC
