Solan, November 21

The Baddi police have registered two cases of kidnapping of two minor girls, hailing from Uttar Pradesh, from the industrial area.

In the first case, a 17-year-girl has been missing since November 17.

According to her uncle, his niece was staying with him for work and he hails from Devariya district of Uttar Pradesh.

In another case, a resident of Bareilly in Uttar Pradesh, who has been staying at Burrawala village in Baddi, lodged a complaint that his eldest daughter (14) has been missing since November 17. She is a student of Class VII. The family is suspecting that Pawan lured their daughter and took her along somewhere.

Cases under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) have been registered and further investigations are underway.
