Three sisters — Shavi, Dhanvi and Brahami — have brought laurels to the city as all of them secured more than 94 per cent marks in CBSE Class X examination, the result of which were declared on Friday. The sisters are triplets and study at DAV School, Palampur.
Shavi got 96 per cent while Dhanvi and Brahami secured 94.8 and 94 per cent marks, respectively. Their father, Dr Sanjay Uniyal, is a scientist at the CSIR-Institute of Himalayan Bioresource Technology while their mother Anjali Uniyal is a homemaker. The family has been residing in the city for several years.
The sisters were born minutes apart and Shavi is eldest among them.
Shavi wants to become a doctor while Dhanvi is keen to join the Civil Services. Brahami wants to pursue a career in graphic designing.
