No parking even on Sunday

Even on a Sunday, it’s difficult to park vehicles in Shimla's Kasumpti and Vikasagar areas. Forget parking lots, there's no space even on the roadside. Vehicles parked there don't move for months on end for the fear of losing the space. It's amazing how no one gave a thought to create parking space when so many officers were being built here. —Ramesh Verma, Sanjauli

Stop wastage of water

Many people can be seen washing their vehicles with piped water in Shimla. The recent rainfall and snowfall have certainly swept away the fears of water shortage, but still one should not waste water even if it is easily available. —Manish Choudhary, Shimla
