Manveen becomes the first woman officer of Sirmaur, makes the district proud

Manveen Kaur, a resident of Paonta Sahib, has been appointed Lieutenant in the Indian Army.

She has become the first woman officer of Sirmaur. Her parents are elated at their daughter’s success.

A number of people visited her house to congratulate her on her achievement. Manveen was selected in the Officer Training Academy (OTA), Chennai.

Her father Bhupendra Singh said that Manveen secured the second position through her hard work and dedication.

She gave the credit for her success to her teachers and her family.

Lieut Manveen said that success could be achieved with dedication and hard work. Firm intentions and hard work were necessary to turng dreams into reality.
