Kullu-Chandigarh flight from Sept 7

Alliance Air, a wholly-owned subsidiary of national carrier Air India, will recommence flights between Chandigarh and Kullu on September 7. The airlines had resumed its operations between Delhi and Kullu on July 16 for three days a week (Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays). The daily flights were halted on March 23 due to the Covid-induced lockdown.

Alliance Air station manager, Kullu, Akhilesh Vijayi said that direct flights between Kullu and Delhi were being conducted regularly. He added that now the flights would have a hop over in Chandigarh, both ways during inward and outward journeys.

He said that the schedule had been released for the flights till October 24 and tickets were available through the online booking portal of the airlines.

Vijayi said that the flight would leave Delhi at 8.30 am and arrive in Chandigarh at 9.30 am. It would depart from Chandigarh at 10 am and reach Kullu at 11 am. He added that the flight would return from Kullu at 11.30 am and arrive in Chandigarh at 12.30 pm. It would leave Chandigarh at 1 pm and arrive in Delhi at 2 pm. Various measures for protection against Covid-19 were being followed to ensure the safety of the passengers and the airlines staff.
