Guru Tegh Bahadur worked towards spreading love and ensuring brotherhood through his teachings, said Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar. He was speaking at an event dedicated to the 400th Prakash Purb of the Ninth Guru at the historic Ridge Maidan in Shimla.
