A 2017-batch IAS officer has started free online coaching

In a good news for the youth of Chamba district, who dream of cracking competitive examinations, they can now get free online coaching through Vision IAS Institute.

Shivam Pratap Singh, an IAS officer, has started the institute for competitive examinations in Chamba. He said: “I want promising youngsters to become IAS or state services officers”.

Because of the initiative of this 2017-batch officer, the youth of Chamba district will get a chance to achieve their dreams without having to pay exorbitant fees of coaching institutes.

The online entrance examination would be conducted on November 5 from 9 to 10 am for the aspiring candidates who wish to be a part of this coaching programme.

To participate in the examination, one will have to register on protsahanias.com. Classes will start from November 9 at 11 am at multipurpose hall of Government Postgraduate College, Chamba.

Shivam, presently posted as Chamba SDM, informed that so far, about 400 applications had been received.

Shivam secured the 52nd All India Rank (AIR) in the Civil Services Examinations in 2017. He has taken the initiative in the memory of his sister Dr Shivali Singh, he added.
