The District Magistrate stated that no medical equipment or medicine would be overcharged by any medical shop, chemist, vendor or wholesaler within the district. In his order to the Assistant Drug Controller, he had ordered to conduct raids on the premises of the medical equipment and shops to check overpricing of any medical device or medicine.
