Delhi tourist washed away in Kullu

Kullu, October 10

A tourist from Delhi fell into the Parbati river at Suma Ropa, near Jari, in the Manikaran valley today and was washed away. Kullu SP Gaurav Singh said Ravender Singh along with his friends Abhay Singh, Moon Chawla, Kunal Reki and Abhimanyu arrived here yesterday. They went for sightseeing near the river. Ravender lost balance and fell into the river and was washed away. — OC
