By-poll delayed as Himachal Govt feared defeat: Congress

HPCC president Kuldeep Singh Rathore said yesterday that the by-elections had been pushed back in the state due to the fear of defeat. The Congress was ready to take on the BJP. Due to poor governance, there is strong resentment among people against the BJP as they were suffering due to inflation and rising unemployment. — TNS
