State BJP spokesperson Rakesh Sharma has said the recent rally of the party’s national president JP Nadda at Dharamsala has sent a message to the entire state that the BJP will register victory in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.

In a press statement issued on Thursday, Rakesh Sharma refuted charges levelled by the Congress leaders that the BJP’s state president and the Leader of Opposition had no coordination.

He claimed that the BJP leaders were united, as it is a disciplined party, whereas the situation in the Congress government was such that many ministers and MLAs were angry with the CM.

“People of the district are agitating for the CU, but the government is not agreeing to deposit Rs 30 crore, which shows that the government is anti-youth. There are lakhs of unemployed youth in the state and the government is talking about guest faculty policy. The State Selection Commission has not been formed yet and the youth are waiting for the recruitment to start,” he said.

Rakesh Sharma said the same youth who were used by the Congress for votes in the elections on the basis of false promises, are now ready to open a front against the government. He advised the Congress to put pressure on the government to fulfil the promises made to people instead of commenting on BJP leaders.
