BJP celebrates Vijay Diwas across Himachal Pradesh

BJP leaders and workers paid tribute to the gallant soldiers, who made the supreme sacrifice during the Kargil War, in all 74 organisational mandals of the party today.

The BJP state in-charge Avinash Rai Khanna participated in the programmes organized to remember the war heroes at Nalagarh and Solan. BJP state president Suresh Kashyap said valour displayed by the Army in the Kargil War had been unparalleled.

“We are indebted to the soldiers who protect us day and night making our borders secure,” he said and added that Kargil Vijay Diwas was observed to pay homage to those Kargil war heroes, “who gave their today for our tomorrow”. “I have served the Indian Air force and understand the difficulties faced by Army men on ground,” Kashyap said.
