Atal Bihari Vajpayee remembered

Residents of Prini village in Manali subdivision today remembered former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee on his second death anniversary.

Mandi MP Ram Swaroop Sharma said the former Prime Minister would always be remembered for his valuable contribution to society.

BJP state president Suresh Kashyap paid tributes to Vajpayee.

Remembering the leader, he said Vajpayee considered Himachal as his second home and during summer vacation, he would always visit the hill state.

Kashyap distributed fruits to patients at Sarahan Hospital. He also gave away sanitisers, masks and face shields to doctors and paramedical staff and Covid warriors.

Governor Bandaru Dattatreya, while paying tributes to Vajpayee, said he was a great leader and a statesman, who believed in politics based on values.
