Air India slashes airfare

Kullu, March 22

Air India has reduced the airfare between Kullu and Delhi to facilitate those stranded at various places. Kullu Air India station manager Akhilesh Vijayi said tourists and foreigners were not being allowed to board Kullu-bound flight in Delhi.

He said fares had been reduced to help such people. Earlier, the airfare from Kullu to Delhi was Rs 20,000 from Delhi to Kullu Rs 10,000.

But in the wake of Covid, the airfare has been slashed to Rs 5,000. Residents have appreciated the move.
