5 booked for sharing child porn in Solan

The Paonta Sahib police have registered five cases against as many persons, including a woman, for sharing prohibited videos and posts related to child pornography through their cellphones from their social media accounts.

Paonta Sahib DSP Bir Bahadur said Rajput Singh Pojta (33), Rajput Thakur (28), Manjit Singh (24), Parveen Kumar (25) and Anita, all residents of Paonta tehsil, shared prohibited content related to child pornography through their Facebook and Messenger IDs using their mobile phone numbers. The data regarding their shared posts have been tracked and shared by the National Crime Record Bureau, Delhi. — TNS
