ULB Minister Gupta launches property verification portal

Haryana Urban Local Bodies (ULB) Minister Kamal Gupta launched the ‘Property Verification Portal’ from his office in Chandigarh.

The online facility has been started to verify property data of all the 88 urban bodies across the state.

Now, any person can verify the data of his property on http://ulbhryndc.org portal. The option regarding correction in property data is also available on the portal.

Gupta said any property holder can verify the documents of his property within one month i.e. till May 15, 2023. This opportunity has been provided for the convenience of the citizens. Now, they will not have to visit the offices of the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran or Urban Local Bodies. They can verify their property through the online portal at the ease of their home. Additional Chief Secretary, Urban Local Bodies Department, Arun Kumar Gupta, Director General, Dusmanta Kumar Behera, Additional Director, YS Gupta and Chief Town Planner and other senior officers of the department were also present.
