Plea against Haryana Government’s law providing quota for locals to come up on Dec 9

Chandigarh, November 25

The Punjab and Haryana High Court today fixed December 9 for hearing plea against the Haryana Government’s law providing 75 per cent reservation in industries to the domiciles of the state.

The hearing on the petition, placed before the Bench of Chief Justice Ravi Shanker Jha and Justice Arun Palli, was adjourned after the counsel for the petitioner prayed for a short accommodation to amend the memo of parties. — TNS
