One held for selling DAP at higher price in Palwal

Palwal: The Chief Minister flying team on Friday arrested a dealer for allegedly selling DAP fertiliser at a cost higher than the official price here. A police spokesperson said the accused, identified Ved Prakash, who owns a fertiliser shop in the district’s Jaindapur village, was caught selling a bag of DAP for Rs 1,400 against the official price of Rs 1,200. A case has been registered by Agriculture Department officials. TNS
