Gurugram, April 14

The state unit of the BJP got a state-of-the-art office in the city, with the party National President JP Nadda inaugurating the same at a grand ceremony here today.

Nadda said the party believed in serving people and had planned 512 such offices across the country to be more accessible to people. Already, 215 offices had been made. The Gurugram office is called “Guru Kamal”.

The inauguration was attended by CM Manohar Lal Khattar and state president OP Dhankar.

Taking a dig at Delhi CM and AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal, Khattar said people of Punjab would soon realise the worth and reality of their promises. Some CMs just work for politics, with no work to their credit,” said Khattar.

Dhankar dedicated the office to Dr BR Ambedkar and will ensure that we serve people like him,” he said.

Meanwhile, various residents and Opposition leaders took to the social media, highlighting “how Gurugram Civil hospital was still a non-starter while party built swanky offices”.
