Mystery shrouds death of Karni Sena chief’s son

Gurugram, March 10

The 32-year-old son of Karni Sena national president Suraj Pal Singh Ammu was found dead under mysterious circumstances at his Ghaziabad residence last night. The police suspect it to be a case of suicide as investigation is underway.

The deceased identified as Aniruddh Raghav was living at a rented accommodation in Land Craft Society of Ghaziabad for the past three months with his wife Shalu Raghav. He was found dead in his house.

“While his wife was at home at the time of death, she was found in a sedated state and is not in a condition to make any statement yet. She has been admitted to a hospital. Prima facie, it seems like a case of suicide and we are waiting for the post-mortem report,” said Nipun Agarawal, SP (City), Ghaziabad. — OC
