Haryana turned into police state, alleges Kumari Selja

Haryana Pradesh Congress Committee chief Kumari Selja alleged that Haryana had been turned into a police state as the BJP-led government had been creating hurdles to disturb the movement of people at the Delhi borders and other places on the pretext of the farmers’ stir.

Addressing a press meet on Tuesday, she said the state government had been taking measures to deliberately incite and provoke the farmers, who were at the receiving end of its tough stance. “It’s committing atrocities on farmers by unleashing lathicharge on them. — TNS
