Right to Information (RTI) activists from across the state, under the banner of Jan Abhiyan Manch (JAM), today alleged dilution of the RTI Act by the state government.
In a memorandum to Chief Information Commission Yash Pal Singal, a delegation of the manch alleged that certain amendments to the Act by the current government were aimed at “destroying” the legislation.
