Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatreya opens Oxygen plant in Karnal

Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatreya on Wednesday exhorted faculty members of the Kalpana Chawla Government Medical College (KCGMC) to make Karnal a model in the health sector and set an example for others with their services and behaviour with patients.

“It is the duty of the government to ensure better health facilities and infrastructure,” said the Governor while interacting with faculty members of the KCGMC here today.

The Governor also inaugurated an oxygen generation plant of 2,000-litre per minute (LPM) capacity developed by the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) at the KCGMC. He also reviewed the functioning of the hospital and inquired about the facilities.
