Guru Jambheshwar University students get jobs

Hisar: A student of Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology (GJUST), Hisar has been selected in the e-campus placement drive of Mumbai-based HDFC Life Insurance organised by the training and placement cell of the university. As many as 39 MBA students participated in the e-campus drive out of which Gourav Yadav was selected. Another student, Savita Chahal, MBA 2021 batch, has been selected in the off-campus placement drive of Hisar-based Jindal Stainless Steel Limited, conducted by the training & placement cell. Professor Tankeshwar Kumar, Vice-Chancellor and Professor Avnesh Verma, Registrar of the university, congratulated the selected students.

SmarTech workshop

Kurukshetra: A workshop 'SmarTech: Build 21st century skills, including communication, creativity and collaboration' was conducted at the TERI Institute of Kurukshetra. More than 100 students from schools across India participated in the workshop and learnt how to build their own SmarTech prototypes using Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and NodeMCU. The SmarTech workshop encouraged students to construct their very first self-made SmarTech prototype and showcase them by putting up pictures and videos of the same on social media with #TERiiTalks #My1stSmarTech as tags.

New session at Gita Niketan

Kueukshetra: The new session (2021-22) began Gita Niketan Vidyalaya known for inculcating values, etiquettes, accountability and above all patriotism amongst students who are the real wealth of a nation. In the introductory session, Principal Narayan Singh familarised the students to the fact that sincerity and faith were requisite components to obtain knowledge.
