Breakage of PVC pipes in Kaithal colony

The Municipal Council of Kaithal got PVC pipes laid in street number-1 of Amargarh colony. Hardly 30 months have passed and the layers of concrete have decayed resulting in breakage of pipes defeating the very purpose for which such a heavy budget was spent. The civil authorities have been informed but to no avail. Action should be taken against the official concerned and the contractor responsible for carrying out this job.
