Ambala, February 2

State Home and Health Minister Anil Vij today issued directions to shift the SHO of Kaithal Civil Lines Police Station to Police Lines for not arresting one in a cheating case.

Vij was redressing grievances of people at his residence in Ambala Cantonment. A complainant from Kaithal informed Vij that his car was sold by some accused after preparing a fake RC of his car. A case was registered at the Kaithal Civil Lines Police Station last year. While one accused was arrested, the person who had prepared the fake RC and the buyer were not arrested. The minister then directed the SP to shift the SHO to Police Lines and arrest the remaining accused.
