Bizarre food combos are becoming a trend nowadays, not just for its uniqueness but also for ruining the love for some dishes. Adding to the list is this weird merger of a sizzling brownie and pan. Yes, that’s right! A food eatery in Ahmedabad has given a desi twist to the English dessert.

In a video on Twitter that has been watched for over 1 lakh times, we see someone drizzling chocolate sauce on a sizzling platter dish, he then puts a piece of chocolate brownie on it. As the dish begins to sizzle, he tops it with a mint green ice-cream (a replacement of the usual vanilla ice-cream that we find in the original dessert). So far, it looks yummy. But what follows may leave you befuddled, just like most netizens.

The cook places a mitha paan on top of the brownie! The caption of this clip reads, "Paan and Brownie Combo. Only from Ahmedabad, Gujarat.”

Take a look at the video:

This experiment, it seems, didn’t go down well with the Twitterati. A user commented, “WTH .... ye log kya kar rahe hai ?? Accha khaasa paan aur ice cream ka waat laga dia.”

Another one commented, “This is toooooooo much.”

A disappointed Gujarati wrote, “The Bombayite gujju in me gets killed each time I come across such wierd food inventions by gujjus...have seen Gujjus munching on Cheese Mayo Chocolate Dosa in my residential area.”

Here are some of the comments on the video:

Meanwhile, the creators of the special dessert soon commented on the post sharing their location and asked those interested to come and try it out at Carnival Food Park.
