Shah Rukh Khan wraps up Atlee’s film; begins work Rajkumar Hirani’s next

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has a packed 2022. After taking a break for few years, the actor is back in action and how. Having recently wrapped shooting for the much-awaited Yash Raj Films’ Pathaan in Spain, Shah Rukh Khan has reportedly also wrapped shoot for Atlee’s next. Not just this, according to a report by The Indian Express, SRK has now begun work on Rajkumar Hirani’s next project.

As being reported, Shah Rukh Khan and Hirani’s film is an immigration drama, which is being shot in a village in Punjab. The cast and crew will be shooting in the village for the coming few weeks. The film will be also shot in Budapest and London.

Reports also suggest that Taapsee Pannu will be featuring opposite SRK in this immigration drama. It’s the first time the two actors will share the screen space in a film.

As per the report, Hirani has already started shooting the film on Friday, April 15 with Taapsee Pannu. Shah Rukh, however, dropped in by evening to meet the team. He will join the team from today, April 16 at a Mumbai studio.

It is being said that Shah Rukh Khan’s film with Atlee also stars Nayanthara, Sanya Malhotra, Priya Mani, Yogi Babu and Sunil Grover. However, there has been no official announcement yet.
