September 22: Crime Stories: India Detectives on Netflix

Set in Bengaluru, the show explores some of the most shocking and puzzling crimes that the city has witnessed. A crew follows the Bengaluru police and provides a never-seen-before peep into the methods and working of Indian police. The docu-series will give a glimpse into the psyche of a suspect and the complex investigations.

September 24: Kota Factory Season 2 on Netflix

Starring Jitendra Kumar, Mayur More, Ranjan Raj, Alam Khan, Ahsaas Channa, Revathi Pillai and Urvi Sing, the second season of Kota Factory makes its way to OTT this week. It will follow the life of Vaibhav, a young student on his journey to Maheshwari, one of Kota’s leading training institutes, and how he tries to balance his friendships, his relationship with his mentor and the looming pressure of getting into IIT.

September 24: Birds of Paradise on Amazon Prime Video

Directed by Sarah Adina Smith, the movie is based on the book Bright Burning Stars by A.K. Small. It stars Diana Silvers, Kristine Froseth and Jacqueline Bisset. The movie revolves around Kate and Marine. While confrontational at first, their relationship evolves into an emotionally charged, competitive union beset by lies, sexual awakening and, ultimately, emotional breakthrough as they risk everything to win the school’s ultimate prize — a contract to join the Opéra national de Paris.

September 24: Goliath on Amazon Prime Video

The highly anticipated fourth season of Goliath stars Billy Bob Thornton, Nina Arianda, Tania Raymonde, Diana Hopper and Julie Brister, among others. In the final season, Billy returns to his Big Law roots after Patty (Nina Arianda) takes a job at a prestigious white-shoe law firm in San Francisco. Together, they try to take down one of America’s most insidious Goliaths — the opioid industry.
