Last seen in the show Savitri Devi, Arshi Khan talks to us about life in today’s time, her future projects and more…

How have you been keeping yourself busy in this lockdown?

I am spending time with my family and detoxifying, which includes setting right my diet, exercising and getting good sleep. I also go live on several platforms to interact with my fans and so far it’s going great.

You have changed the way you carry yourself. Have you consciously worked on it?

Yes, this is something I am consciously and continuously learning and improving on after Bigg Boss. From what I eat to how I look to how I evolve as a person, I am constantly working on becoming a better version of myself.

What’s next for you work wise?

I have shot for few music videos and a web series. I am looking forward to more such opportunities once everything opens.

What are your thoughts on the situation Bollywood is going through?

Every industry has more people looking for jobs than the number of jobs available but in the entertainment industry, that ratio is very high. I have experienced groupism and nepotism and lost opportunities to people with influential contacts. But I don’t give up.

You have always spoken your mind. In today’s time, do you think it is dangerous to do so?

It is not dangerous to speak up if you speak up for the right cause in the right way. I’ve never been afraid to speak my mind and will continue to do so in the future.

What would you like to say to the people in your industry, who might be going through a tough time?

Think about your loved ones, your fans and about what the future might hold for you. Suicide is not a solution, there’s so much to life, always look forward to the future regardless of the present.

What are your hobbies?

I love to dance and act.
