Opts for chair she used in 2012

  • The red velvet Mayor chair, worth Rs 70,000, was kept aside by new Mayor Raj Bala Malik. She instead opted for the chair she used in 2012 when she was the Mayor. “This chair was lying at a corner in the rest room. I asked my staff to take it out. It is comfortable,” she said. Raj Bala has also changed the position of her chair and table.

On the first day of work, several cosmetic changes were seen in her office. A wooden partition has been raised inside her office.
