According to the complainant, two persons, in the guise of customer care representatives of Flipkart and Axis Bank, obtained her personal details by hacking her smartphone.

The FIR said the victim ordered a rakhi costing Rs150 on July 31 from Flipkart. It was supposed to be delivered by August 6, three days after the festival.
