Nod for colleges in Mohali

Mohali, November 25

The state government has approved the nursing and pharmacy colleges under Dr BR Ambedkar State Institute of Medical Sciences in Mohali.

Health and Labour Minister Balbir Singh Sidhu said the decision had been taken at a video conference that was attended by Vice-Chancellor of Baba Farid University of Health Science Raj Bahadur; Adviser, Health and Medical Education to State Government, Dr KK Talwar; Principal Secretary Health and Family Welfare Husan Lal; Secretary Medical Education DK Tiwari and other senior officers.

He said the course of BSc in Nursing and Pharmacy would be initiated in the next session in new colleges under Dr BR Ambedkar State Institute of Medical Sciences, Mohali. — TNS
