MC call centre for grievances

The grievance control call centre of the MC at Rose Club, Sector 16, will soon become operational to facilitate city residents in civic services.

The call centre will operate round the clock with a dedicated team to register grievances and redress these at the earliest. It is being set up jointly by Chandigarh Smart City Ltd and the MC and will be operational in three to four days.

MC Commissioner KK Yadav, Additional Commissioner Tilak Raj and Chandigarh Smart City Ltd Chief General Manager NP Sharma visited the facility and reviewed its functioning today. Yadav said, “The officers concerned have been asked to ensure that proper helping tools are provided to the team at the call centre.”
