GMADA auctions Phase 8 land

Mohali: Residents of the city will now not be able to witness Dasehra or other cultural events in the Phase 8 ground as the 5.1-acre land has been auctioned by the GMADA. The land has been purchased by Icon Group for Rs204 crore and it has taken the possession of the land for setting up a commercial project, Down Town. — TNS
