Chandigarh, October 20

Notwithstanding changing customer behaviour and patterns, the Elante Mall has claimed that they managed to recover over 90 per cent of the business that they did in the same months of 2019.

“A lot of things have changed during the course of the pandemic, including consumer behavior, shopping patterns and trends. For some time now, the customer journey has been evolving. It’s no longer simply about visiting a store. It now involves an overall brand experience,” said Anil Malhotra, Executive Director, Corporate Affairs, Hospitality, Offices & CSR, Nexus Malls. — TNS
