Covid-19: 5 test positive in Chandigarh

Chandigarh: The city on Saturday reported five cases of Covid-19 and no death due to the virus. As many as six patients were cured of the disease in the past 24 hours. TNS

2 new cases in Mohali

Mohali: Two fresh cases of Covid-19 surfaced during the past 24 hours, taking the total number of cases to 69,028 in the district. No death was reported on Saturday evening while six patients got the better of the disease. A case each came from Mohali (urban) and Kharar. No case was reported from Dera Bassi, Dhakoli, Gharuan, Kurali and Banur. TNS

3 infected in P’kula

Panchkula: Panchkula on Saturday reported three fresh coronavirus cases, taking the case tally to 30,865. The toll, however, remained at 379. While 30,457 people have recovered from the disease so far, 29 cases are still active. The recovery rate stands at 98.67 per cent. tns
