Mohali: Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann to be in Bhankharpur today

Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann is set to launch the ‘AAP di Sarkar AAP de dwar’ programme at Bhankharpur Village in Mohali, at the Zirakpur-Dera Bassi Road February 6. The programme is aimed at delivering 44 types of services to residents at their native places in special camps by the state government.

Deputy Commissioner Aashika Jain reviewed the arrangements for the CM visit at Bhankharpur. She said the month-long campaign to redress the problems of residents would have 422 camps. She added the camps would be held under the supervision of SDMs and officials from various departments such as Revenue, Sewa Kendras, Social Justice, Empowerment and Minorities, Social Security and Development of Women and Children, Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare, Health, and Water Supply and Sanitation, among others.
