Chandigarh: The city witnessed 79 fresh cases of Covid on Tuesday. While no new fatality was reported, 48 persons recovered from the disease. — TNS

43 contract virus in Panchkula

Panchkula: The district reported 43 new cases of Covid during the past 24 hours, while there was no fresh fatality. Besides, 42 patients were cured of the disease. There are now 154 active cases with 414 deaths in the district. — TNS

19 test positive in Mohali district

Mohali: Nineteen persons tested positive for Covid in the district during the past 24 hours, while 27 patients were cured of the disease. There was no fresh fatality. There are 205 active cases in the district. Meanwhile, a total of 20,60,994 beneficiaries have been given the anti-Covid shots in the district till date.
