Chandigarh sees 7 fresh Covid-19 cases

Chandigarh, December 27

The city recorded seven fresh cases of coronavirus on Monday. With these, the UT’s overall tally reached 65,781. The death toll remained at 1,078. Five more patients were cured of the disease. The active caseload is 103. —TNS

Six test +ve in Mohali district

Mohali: Fresh six cases of Covid surfaced during the past 24 hours in the district. No death was witnessed on Monday while five patients were cured of the disease. Among the new cases, three each surfaced in Kharar and Mohali. —TNS

Panchkula tally up by 2

Panchkula: Two fresh cases were added to the district tally on Monday – a fresh case and another which was untraced till Sunday. While the overall tally reached 30,944, the death count remained at 381. There are 51 active cases. The recovery rate stands at 98.60 per cent. —TNS
