Chandigarh reports one Covid death, 4 new cases

Chandigarh, September 9

Chandigarh on Thursday reported one death due to Covid-19 even as four new cases were added to the tally, according to a media bulletin.

A 92-year-old Covid positive woman, a resident of Manimajra who was treated at GMSH-16, died, taking the total number of deaths due to virus till date to 816.

The total number of active cases stands at 28.

Six patients have been discharged, including persons from home isolation who have completed 10 days and are asymptomatic, as per MoHFW guidelines.
