7 women among 9 held for flesh trade

The Sohana police arrested nine persons, including seven women, allegedly involved in flesh trade under the garb of a massage parlour in Sector 82 here on Thursday night.

The suspects have been identified as Sanjay Saini, a resident of Baltana, and Rajdheer, a resident of Sector 45.

According to the police, the suspects were involved in human trafficking from a rented showroom of Sanjay Saini on the pretext of a massage parlour in Sector 82.

Sohana police station House Officer Daljit Singh said, “We got a tip-off that the suspects were involved in flesh trade. We conducted a raid and nabbed them. The suspects were today produced before a court, which sent them to judicial custody.”

A case has been registered against the suspects under Sections 3 and 4 of the Immortal Trafficking (Prevention) Act at the Sohana police station.
