28 fresh dengue cases in Mohali

Fresh 28 cases of dengue surfaced during the past 24 hours, taking the total number of cases to 3,690 in the district. However, no fresh fatality due to the vector-borne disease was reported from the district.

In Mohali, 3,800 cases have surfaced in the past two months with 344 cases and two deaths surfacing in September and 2,260 cases and 29 deaths in October.

A total of 1,070 cases came to the fore in the current month and 75 of these surfaced in the past five days. Six persons died of dengue this month. — TNS
