Zomato to lend $150m to Grofers

New Delhi, March 15

Online food delivery platform Zomato on Tuesday said its Board has approved granting a loan of up to $150 million to digital grocery shopping player, Grofers India Pvt Ltd. It has also approved buyout of 16.66% stake in food robotics firm, Mukunda Foods Pvt Ltd. —
