Tomato prices to remain high for 2 mths: Crisil

The cost of tomatoes will continue to be at elevated levels for two more months, Crisil Research said on Friday. The situation in Karnataka, one of the major tomato-growing regions, is so “grim” that the vegetable is being sent from Maharashtra’s Nashik, it said. PTI

Gold Bond issue price fixed at Rs4,791/gm

The issue price for Sovereign Gold Bond Scheme 2021-22, which will open for subscription for five days from November 29, has been fixed at Rs 4,791 per gram of gold, the RBI said on Friday. The Sovereign Gold Bond Scheme 2021-22 - Series VIII will be open for subscription from November 29 to December 3. PTI
