An anti-terrorism court in Karachi on Saturday declared Muttahida's Qaumian Movement chief an absconder in a case filed by a senior Rangers' official.  Altaf heads the fourth largest party in the country which dominates Karachi and much of urban Sindh. Rangers have recently arrested scores of MQM workers on charges of target killing, kidnapping for ransom and extortion. TNS
