He will finally cut fingernails, after 66 years

NEW YORK: Shridhar Chillal, 82, from Pune, will finally perform an ordinary chore that he has not done in the last 66 years — cut his fingernails, the longest in the world. The Guinness World Record holder has not cut the fingernails on his left hand since 1952. The Ripley's Believe It or Not museum in Times Square here will host a "nail clipping ceremony". Chillal's longest single nail is his thumbnail, measuring 197.8 cm. He had requested that his cut nails be immortalised in a museum. PTI

WhatsApp starts labeling forwarded messages           

California: WhatsApp is a hub for all things users mention to be 'Forwarded as received'. Well, no more. WhatsApp has added a new feature to its platform that will make it easier for users to identify messages or content that is being circulated across groups and individual chats by labeling them 'Forwarded', a report said. The idea behind the new feature is to help people identify and distinguish between rumours, fake news, and other misinformation spreading through WhatsApp. ANI

27-yr-old Indian killed in accident in New Zealand

Melbourne: A 27-year-old Indian was killed on Wednesday after his car collided head-on with a truck in Tauranga city. Parminder Jabbal of Ohauiti was travelling in his car when the accident took place. PTI
