Treatment of Cholera.

IN the latest sanitary administration report of Burma, the Sanitary Commissioner points out that it is very probable that cholera infection may be spread by the agency of itinerant vendors of foodstuffs. As regards treatment of cholera we learn that excellent results were obtained in some of the hospitals by the use of the hypertonic saline injections advocated by Lieutenant Colonel Sir Leonard Rogers and by the internal administration of permanganate of potash.
