PRAGUE, July 11 (UPI)-A high Central Committee source in Prague said today the Soviets had agreed to a withdrawal of all remaining troops on Czech soil beginning July 13. The source said the announcement of the planned withdrawal came from Soviet Marshal Yakubovsky, Commander of the Warsaw Pact Armed Forces. He told Prime Minister Oldrich Cernik of the plans today and Czech officials will make a formal announcement of it later, the sources said. Czechoslovak newspapers yesterday called for a Government explanation of reports of the continued presence of Warsaw Pact troops, which sources here said were causing uneasiness and uncertainty. Immediately after the Warsaw Pact manoeuvres ended here two weeks ago, the Czechoslovak General Josef Cepicky said that the troop, which included Soviet units, would return to their home countries within three days.
